GCHS VOLUNTEER POSITIONS
DOG WALK/PLAY
This position includes walking the dogs, grooming, or taking them out to our out door dog runs to play. This is an important position due to the fact that helping get our dogs well socialized is vital to them getting adopted.
CAT/KITTEN CUDDLE
This position entails providing tender loving care to the felines in our facility. You can play with them, or try to work with the ones that are troubled so they will be more easily adopted.
GREETER/MATCHMAKER
This is a very important volunteer position. It requires an outgoing personality and ability to communicate with the public. It also requires creating a schedule with Cody Rice, the volunteer coordinator.
1. Greeting customers.
2. Showing customers around the facility.
3. Assisting customers in finding a pet.
